Bust or Chest (under the jacket)
Ladies measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape level at all times.
Men measure right around the chest, well up under the arms, keeping the tape level and held gently.
Waist
Measure around the body, level with top of waistband.
Hips
Measure at approximately 8"(20cms) below the waistline to the widest part of the hipline.
Trouser Inside Leg
Place the tape at the fork position and continue down the leg to the seam line of your shoe heel.
Alternatively measure a favourite pair of trousers.
