  • If you are outside the UK please select EEC or Other. We will contact you with a shipping quotation.
  • When finished click Done and enter all the details requested.

DELIVERY

UK Delivery

Delivery is free for all UK retail customers ordering over £20 excluding VAT.

Orders under £20 will be charged £3.29 plus VAT

We offer a 2 day standard service. (often this service delivers next day)

A guaranteed next day before 10am delivery service is available at £15.00 exc VAT per box.

Southern Ireland - A minimum charge for a two day delivery is £13.50 exc VAT .

 

International Deliveries

We supply worldwide – to order online if your country is not listed at check out, select ‘rest of world’ from the drop down menu, complete the order and we will contact you with a shipping quotation before we process your order. In many countries we have agents, distributors and retail outlets. Please ask for details, otherwise give us your requirements and we will quote you prices including transport costs.

 

Sorry, but we are unable to request for parcels to be left outside a property. A signature will be required.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payment by: 

  • Debit and credit cards - (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch, Connect, or Solo)
  • Bank or Building Society draft
  • Postal Order
  • Cheque
  • Paypal

Cheques, bankers drafts and postal orders should be made payable to ‘Dennys Brands’. Please do not send cash. Please note if you are paying by cheque that we use Equifax Cheque Services, a division of Equifax Plc to guarantee your cheque. We will pass them details of your cheque. If your cheque is subsequently returned unpaid, we will inform Equifax Cheque Services and also provide them with your name and address. Equifax will record this information and use it to decide whether to guarantee your present and future cheques. Equifax Cheque Services may share their information with their credit reference division and the subscribers to their Credit Reference division in order to:

  • Evaluate applications for credit made by you and family members of your household
  • Manage credit facilities held by you and family members of your household
  • Contact you to recover debt owed
  • Prevent fraud

Equifax Cheque Services will charge you a fee if your cheque is dishonoured.

 

DENNYS GUARENTEE

We guarantee the quality of materials used and the standard of workmanship. If any product does not meet with your expectations, please return it to us within 30 days and we will exchange or give a full refund - whichever you prefer. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is the result of our error. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. All merchandise is subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to change specifications and prices without prior notice.

Items for return

If any of the items ordered do not meet with your satisfaction, please return them in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange the goods as you require.

Additional Services

Embroidery and printing is available to any design on most garments. Also if you require it, we offer an alteration service. Please ask our sales staff for details when placing your order. Please note, once embroidered or altered, garments cannot be returned unless faulty.

Denny's takes your privacy seriously and has taken steps to ensure that your privacy is protected.

When you order, we need to know your name, contact details, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

Your information will not be disclosed to any other party without your consent. If you have purchased a product from Denny’s we may contact you from time to time with relevant information.
