  • Continue until you have selected all the items you need
  • When finished or at any time Click REVIEW SHOPPING BASKET
  • At this stage you can change items and add your embroidery details
  • If you are outside the UK please select your country or "Rest of World".  We will contact you with a shipping quotation
  • When finished click Done and enter all the details requested
  • Submit the form.

Ordering guide

Ordering

All orders are sent by tracked courier on a signed for service. Sorry but we are unable to request for parcels to be left outside a property as a signature will be required.

Order by 5.30pm for same day dispatch - Monday to Thursday. Order by 4.30pm on Friday for same day dispatch.

Our Order Lines are open 8am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm Friday, and 10.30am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tel: 01372 377904.

The Trade Counter is not open at weekends.

Delivery charges

UK delivery for all orders received via the website - FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £20.

A guaranteed next day, before 10.30am, delivery service is available at an extra £20.00 + VAT per box. Please call us on 01372 377904.

(Note: Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man).

A Saturday service is available at £15.00 + VAT per box.

Northern Ireland two day delivery is £5.50 + VAT. Next day service is £13.50 + VAT.

Isle of Man Orders £13.50 + VAT.

Methods of payment

We accept payment by:

  • Debit and credit cards - (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch, Connect, or Solo)
  • Bank or Building Society draft
  • Postal Order
  • Cheque.

Cheques, bankers drafts and postal orders should be made payable to Denny’s. Please do not send cash. Please note, if you are paying by cheque we use Equifax Cheque Services, a division of Equifax Plc to guarantee your cheque. We will pass them details of your cheque. If your cheque is subsequently returned unpaid, we will inform Equifax Cheque Services and also provide them with your name and address. Equifax will record this information and use it to decide whether to guarantee your present and future cheques. Equifax Cheque Services may share their information with their credit reference division and the subscribers to their Credit Reference division in order to:

  • Evaluate applications for credit made by you and family members of your household
  • Manage credit facilities held by you and family members of your household
  • Contact you to recover debt owed
  • Prevent fraud.

Equifax Cheque Services will charge you a fee if your cheque is dishonoured.

Denny's guarantee

We guarantee the quality of materials used and the standard of workmanship. If any product does not meet with your expectations, please return it to us within 10 days and we will exchange or give a full refund - whichever you prefer. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge (if one was taken) if the return is the result of our error. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. All merchandise is subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to change specifications and prices without prior notice.

Items for return

If any of the items ordered do not meet with your satisfaction, please return them in perfect condition within 10 days of receipt, and we will refund your money or exchange the goods as you require.

Credit accounts

Subject to approval we will open a credit account for you. We may require payment in advance for your first order. Our credit terms are 'Nett 30 days from date of invoice'.

Website descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure the website's accuracy. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the colours are displayed accurately. However the limitations of browsers may mean slight variations in reproduction.

Prices

All prices on our website are quoted with and without VAT. VAT is automatically added to your eShopping order.

Additional services

Embroidery and printing is available to any design on most garments. Please note, once embroidered, garments cannot be returned unless faulty. Also if you require it, we offer an alteration service. Please email our sales staff for details before placing your order.

Privacy policy

Denny's takes your privacy seriously and has taken steps to ensure that your privacy is protected.

When you order, we need to know your name, contact details, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

Your information will not be disclosed to any other party without your consent. If you have purchased a product from Denny’s we may contact you from time to time with relevant information.
