We accept payment by:

Cheques, bankers drafts and postal orders should be made payable to Denny’s. Please do not send cash. Please note if you are paying by cheque that we use Equifax Cheque Services, a division of Equifax Plc to guarantee your cheque. We will pass them details of your cheque. If your cheque is subsequently returned unpaid, we will inform Equifax Cheque Services and also provide them with your name and address. Equifax will record this information and use it to decide whether to guarantee your present and future cheques. Equifax Cheque Services may share their information with their credit reference division and the subscribers to their Credit Reference division in order to:
- Evaluate applications for credit made by you and family members of your household
- Manage credit facilities held by you and family members of your household
- Contact you to recover debt owed
- Prevent fraud
Equifax Cheque Services will charge you a fee if your cheque is dishonoured.
We guarantee the quality of materials used and the standard of workmanship. If any product does not meet with your expectations, please return it to us within 10 days and we will exchange or give a full refund - whichever you prefer. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is the result of our error.Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. All merchandise is subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to change specifications and prices without prior notice.
UK delivery for all orders received
Under £100 excluding VAT, are subject to a charge of £5.50 + Vat otherwise are sent free.
We offer a 2 day standard service. (often this service delivers next day)
A guaranteed next day before 10am delivery service is available at £9.00 exc Vat.
Northern Ireland. A minimum charge for a two day delivery is £13.50 exc VAT .
Isle of Man Orders £ 8.00 exc Vat
We supply world wide. In many countries we have agents, distributors and retail outlets. Please ask for details, otherwise give us your requirements and we will quote you prices including transport costs.
Items for return
If any of the items ordered do not meet with your satisfaction, please return them in perfect condition within 10 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange the goods as you require.
Subject to approval we will open a credit account for you. We may require payment in advance for your first order. Our credit terms are 'Nett 30 days from date of invoice'.
Every care has been taken to ensure the website's accuracy. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the colours are displayed accurately. However the limitations of browsers may mean slight variations in reproduction.
All prices on our website are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT is automatically added to your internet order.
Embroidery and printing is available to any design on most garments. Please note, once embroidered, garments cannot be returned unless faulty. Also if you require it, we offer an alteration service. Please ask our sales staff for details when placing your order.
Denny's takes your privacy seriously and has taken steps to ensure that your privacy is protected.
When you order, we need to know your name, contact details, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.
Your information will not be disclosed to any other party without your consent. If you have purchased a product from Denny's we may contact you from time to time with relevant information.
