Dennys Brands is the leading supplier of own branded clothing to the catering and hospitality market. Unlike many other suppliers, we hold items in stock and offer a next day delivery service - or immediate delivery at our Dean Street shop, Berners Street Flagship store or via our network of 50 distributors throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia. 

Denny Brands provides a vast range of products to restaurants, hotels, colleges, universities, caterers, laundries, commercial and large private kitchens through retail, mail order and contract supply. Dennys Brands also sells specialist livery and tailored uniforms in the City of London and various museums, hotels and tourist attractions.

Dennys Brands has been established in London for over 170 years, has achieved ISO9001 certification and has been awarded the Royal Warrant.

Dennys Brands has four main locations. HQ in Leatherhead combines our mail order and warehouse operations along with the accounts, marketing, purchasing and production departments. The Dean Street store, Soho, in the heart of the bustling restaurant district, has become something of an institution for chefs, waiters and all those involved in the hospitality industry. Our Canary Wharf location at Marina Point houses the Joseph Alan brand, specialising in bespoke uniforms and made to measure tailoring.  The latest addition to our retail offering is our impressive flagship store, just off Oxford Street, which combines all the services Dennys Brands has to offer in a one stop shop for the hospitality industry.

Accounts Administrator Full-Time

Location: Leatherhead

Full time / Permanent

Process purchase ledger invoices / credit notes relating to goods for resale. Resolving invoice queries, including liaising with suppliers and colleagues. Reconciling supplier statements. Posting sales ledger cash and general admin duties (copy invoices, post).

Accounts Administrator Part-Time

Location: Leatherhead

Part-Time / Permanent

Coding and processing overhead invoices, cash book processing in Excel, ordering stationary for the company, preparing data in excel for various jobs, copy invoices, Intrastat data for HMRC, posting sales ledger cash, coding remits for cash, general support within the department as required.

Assistant Warehouse Manager

Location: Leatherhead

Permanent / Full-time

To manage a professional warehouse operation, ensuring efficient and effective management of stock from receiving goods into the warehouse to customer delivery. Assisting the Warehouse Manager, working with a team of 7 full time and 2 part time staff. The role will include people management, stock management and operations management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years operations or logistics experience, knowledge of people management / HR processes and strong IT skills. Experience of manufacturing and retail industries advantageous and product knowledge would be useful but not essential.

Sales Assistant

Location: London, W1

Permanent / Full time

Dennys has been trading in Soho for over 150 years. Originally supplying the local restaurant trade, we now sell hospitality clothing worldwide. Our recently opened second retail store is located just off Oxford Street and incorporates our front of house, back of house and made to measure tailoring service. A vacancy has become available to join our friendly and experienced retail team assisting customers in a sales role.

It is essential for the role that you must be able to fully communicate in English, have excellent customer services skills and an enthusiastic, can-do attitude.

As part of this role you will be required to use the tills and computer system for placing orders, stock transfers, stock takes, checking stock availability etc. You will also have previously worked in retail menswear and tailoring.

Marketing Co-Ordinator

Location: Leatherhead

Permanent / Full time

Managing all global and local marketing activities external communications, promotions and events in order to optimise existing customer sales and to generate new business. The ideal candidate will have experience producing product catalogues, managing mail shots and e-shots, SEO, PPC, website projects, social media and POS marketing. This role requires a hands on, problem solving mindset – able to juggle multiple responsibilities and delegate where appropriate.
