Methods of Payment
We accept payment by:
- Debit and credit cards - (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta)
- Bank or Building Society payment
- Cheque (Cheques should be made payable to ‘Dennys Brands’)
- Paypal Please do not send cash.
- Please note we do not accept cash cards.
After trading up to a value of £1000 you may apply for a credit facility with us, this will be granted subject to approval. Our credit terms are 30 days end of month.
All prices on our website are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT is automatically added to your internet order in the basket before checkout.
We guarantee the quality of materials used and the standard of workmanship. If any product does not meet with your expectations, please return it to us within 30 days and we will exchange or give a full refund - whichever you prefer. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is the result of our error. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. All merchandise is subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to change specifications and prices without prior notice.
Every care has been taken to ensure the website's accuracy. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the colours are displayed accurately. However, the limitations of browsers may mean slight variations in reproduction.
Items for return
If any of the items ordered do not meet with your satisfaction, please return them in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange the goods as you require. Please note our returns policy at our retails stores may differ, please check at time of purchase.
Embroidery and printing is available on most of our garments in a design of your choice. We also offer an alteration service - please ask our sales staff for details when placing your order. Please note, once embroidered or altered, garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
Delivery is free for all UK retail customers ordering over £45 excluding VAT.
Orders under £45 will be charged £3.85 plus VAT
We offer a 2-day standard service (often this service delivers next day).
Next day delivery £5.50 plus VAT
A guaranteed next day before 12pm delivery service is available at £12.00 plus VAT per box.
We supply worldwide – to order online if your country is not listed at check out, select ‘rest of world’ from the dropdown menu, complete the order and we will contact you with a shipping quotation before we process your order. In many countries we have agents, distributors and retail outlets (Stockists). Please ask for details, otherwise give us your requirements and we will quote you prices including transport costs.
